Melissa and Will met online.  They picked their first date location based on a “Best of” list for French Fries in Austin, Texas!  P Terry’s was at the top of the list, so that is where they love story started: over a plate of the best fries in Austin!  The two tied the knot this Sunday at their burgundy wedding at Twisted Ranch in Bertram, Texas!  Melissa and her family are from Germany, so they planned a TRUE Texas wedding!  The bridal party all wore cowboy boots, the groomsmen added cowboy hats, and, of course, there was BBQ for dinner!

After her first look with her dad, Melissa headed to the Little White Chapel to meet Will for their first look.  It’s a great opportunity to get some of those nerves out and to connect with the one person you really want to be with on your wedding day: your spouse!  There were happy tears and lots of hugs!

Their bridal party looks so good!  I love the burgundy color on the bridesmaids and the true Texas look on the groomsmen!

If you couldn’t tell, I absolutely ADORE these bouquets by Wild Bunches!!  They’re so pretty!

Since Melissa is from Germany, they decided to include a German wedding tradition into their big day.  They sawed a log together, proving that they can overcome any obstacle together as a team!  It was so fun to watch and have their guests cheer them on!

Their wedding reception inside the Saloon of Twisted Ranch was just perfect!  I loved their color palette and all the little details they included!

After dinner, we snuck outside for a few more photos!  At Twisted Ranch, there are SO MANY backgrounds to pick from!
