Flor and Thomas drove all the way from Houston for their McKinney Falls engagement photos!  We started at a trail that wasn’t being used before moving to the Lower Falls.  Here is a peek at their session from Friday.

This is one of my favorite shots from their McKinney Falls engagement photos!  That light is so glowy!  Thomas had the romantic movie kiss down!

You may notice in this next image that Thomas is wearing a ring. It’s a promise ring that Flor gave to Thomas before making a big move that would make their long-distance relationship span even more miles.  She wanted him to know that no matter how far apart they were, that he had her heart and always would.  She made the first move and gave Thomas a ring that would serve as a reminder of her love for him any time he looked at his hand.

When it was time to propose, Thomas took Flor to the Dallas arboretum and botanical garden.  She didn’t understand why he insisted on bringing his entire camera bag, with a tripod, to their day date at the gardens.  When they got to the Cherry Blossoms, which was on the first piece of jewelry Thomas ever gave Flor, he set up his tripod and hit record.  She thought they were taking a picture and was surprised when Thomas got down on one knee to ask her to be his wife.  She said yes and the two will become husband and wife next month!

I loved Flor’s dresses!  This second one has so much beautiful color to it!  They coordinated so well!
