Todd and Kyann came all the way from Seattle for their destination wedding in Austin, Texas.  They brought their 30 closest friends and family with them to celebrate.  It was such a joy to be their Mercury Hall wedding photographer!  We enjoyed spending every moment with these two wonderful people and their loved ones!

Todd and Kyann exchanged love letters to each other before their first look.  Then, it was time to see each other for the first time on their wedding day.  I love first looks!  They allow couples to truly express their emotions towards each other, without all of their wedding guests watching their every move.  It also allows couples to take a few minutes to themselves to enjoy what the day is really about: celebrating their love for each other.

We absolutely ADORED Todd and Kyann’s bridal party!  Dylan and I already knew Todd and Kyann would be one of our all time favorite couples to EVER work with, but to enjoy their bridal party just as much was icing on the cake!  We had way too much fun with this entire group! 

Did I mention how much fun this group was?!?!

Texas in June is a bit warmer than Seattle, where Todd & Kyann traveled from for their destination wedding.  They provided heart shaped fans for their “fans” or wedding guests.  For all of the native Texans in the room (most of the creative team), their wedding day was quite pleasant for June, as it was in the 90s!

I love that Dylan caught this sweet moment between Todd and Kyann just after they vowed to love each other for the rest of their lives.

Kyann’s wedding dress had a Marilyn Monroe quality about it!  It was just perfect for Kyann’s classic beauty!

I loved their wedding set up at Mercury Hall.  The peach and soft teal with burlap details were perfect for a Texas wedding in a historic chapel.

A definite highlight of their destination wedding at Mercury Hall was the cocktail bar!  Todd and Kyann are both cocktail aficionados and put so much care into picking the perfect drinks for their wedding guests!

Todd and Kyann, thank you SO MUCH for inviting us to be your Mercury Hall wedding photographer!  Y’all are definitely some of our favorites!  We loved that y’all put the emphasis on your relationship with each other and your loved ones!  Y’all are so well loved and it was very evident on your wedding day!
