After their very first date, Heather immediately told her mama that she was going to marry Chris!  She was right!  Chris scheduled a photoshoot for Heather’s birthday, but that wasn’t her gift.  His real birthday gift was asking Heather to be his wife during that shoot!  She said yes and the two are now married!  Here’s a peek at some of my favorite images from their blush and gold wedding in Boerne, Texas!  It was such a joy for Dylan and me to be their CW Hill Country Ranch Wedding Photography Team!

How cute is this next shot of the flower girls helping Heather get ready?!?

Heather and Chris opted for a first look.  The first look on wedding days is a great opportunity for couples to truly react to seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day, without the pressure of guest expectations watching them.  It’s a chance to get some of those wedding day nerves out and to actually spend time together before the rush of the day starts.

Chris said some really sweet things to Heather during their first look.  They were both just so happy to be marrying each other!

Heather’s dress was so pretty!!

Another bonus of doing a first look is that couples are able to take full bridal party photos before the ceremony. That means that the party gets started earlier!

There is nothing cuter than flower girls spinning in their dresses!  The flower crowns and bows were perfect for these two!

I love that Heather’s bridesmaids were able to pick out their own dresses!  That way, they could each pick something that they’ll actually want to wear again and something that they feel comfortable in.  The blush and gold combination of bridesmaids dresses was such a pretty color palette!

I seriously could have photographed bridals of Heather all day!  Gorgeous, girl!

The sweet flower girls were definitely the VIPS of the day!

I loved that Chris and Heather opted to include a donut bar at their wedding!  There were at least 13 different flavors for wedding guests to pick from!

After toasts, Heather and Chris shared their first dance as husband and wife.

After special dances with their parents, it was time to get their CW Hill Country Ranch wedding party started RIGHT!  The bridesmaids and groomsmen had a dance off battle to kick things off!

Yes, they had cake and a donut bar.  They also brought out root beer floats for guests to enjoy, which was perfect for their summer wedding at CW Hill Country Ranch!

Heather and Chris – thank you SO MUCH for inviting us to be your CW Hill Country Ranch wedding photography team!  We very much enjoyed celebrating with the two of you and your sweet family and friends!  Y’all had such a JOYFUL day and it was a honor to photograph it for y’all!
