Y’all, I don’t even know where to begin with this wedding day.  I’ve been excited for it for MONTHS!  As soon as I met Mariah and Ryan at their chicken farm for their engagement photos in Kingsbury, Texas, I knew their day was going to be special!  They both have smiles that can brighten your day (if that sounds too sappy, it’s because you haven’t met them) and just want to live life to the fullest!  Their day was made because they were surrounded by those they love most and because they picked meaningful details that were special to them in one way or another.

I love that Mariah and her sweet momma both trusted me when I suggested a different location for her to get ready in!  You can never beat natural light, so the Little White Chapel of Twisted Ranch made the perfect backdrop for Mariah to put on her gorgeous wedding dress!

What a BABE!  I could have photographed this lady all day!

Once Mariah was dressed and ready, it was time to let her bridesmaids get a peek!  They were so excited to see one of their best friends ready to vow forever to her person!

Mariah and Ryan included a first look into their Twisted Ranch wedding! It’s a great chance to truly react to seeing each other for the first time on your wedding day, since there are no spectators waiting to see what your reactions are.  It also lets you get some of those wedding day jitters out.

One of the cool things about weddings at Twisted Ranch is that guests have access to a BB Gun Bar during cocktail hour! Of course, we had to make a quick detour there before heading into the Saloon for the reception.

Fun Fact: that is, indeed, chicken wire around the napkins of every place setting!  Mariah and Ryan live on a chicken farm!

I’m loving their dessert bar, instead of a singular wedding cake.  Yes, wedding cake was still an option for guests, but there were also lemon bars, banana pudding, macaroons, and more!  Sugar Shaker Bakery did such a great job satisfying the sweet tooth!

Towards the end of the night, Mariah and Ryan took a few minutes to themselves.

Mariah and Ryan, I can’t say enough just how lucky and blessed I feel to be y’all’s Twisted Ranch wedding photographer!  It truly was a joy for me to document such a special day for y’all!
