This gorgeous wedding at The Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin, Texas is stunning!  The super sweet couple, Matt and Kelsey, set up the entire Mezzanine of The Driskill Hotel for their wedding guests to enjoy. It was an absolute dream day and I’m so thankful to have been part of the Driskill Hotel wedding photographer team for this!  The floral drenched staircase was the very first thing greeting guests as they came up the stairs.

Instead of having a traditional wedding ceremony aisle with rows of chairs, Kelsey and Matt opted for more lounge areas type of seating.

After their vows were exchanged, a gospel choir joined the party with a joyous chorus! It was such a fun, upbeat way to transition to the cocktail hour.  Cocktail Hour included both balconies. Guests could enjoy a masculine whiskey and cigar bar or a more feminine frozen lemonade cocktail stand. They even had a lady wearing a champagne dress (just wait until you see it) passing out glasses of champagne during cocktail hour.

The Maximilian Room had additional lounge seating, a sweets bar, and a Vignette artist drawing guests.

Frozen drinks were perfect for their August wedding at The Driskill Hotel. Guests could have them made with or without alcohol.

Every couple deserves beautiful, natural light photos on their wedding day.

After their first dance, guests were invited into the Driskill Ballroom to dance the night away.

I love when bands act as a second line to send the couple off at the end of the night! It’s the best way to leave your wedding reception on a high note!
