Lauren and Ben both grew up in Austin, Texas, but they didn’t meet until they both attended Texas A&M.  After their first day of class, they ended up at the same frat party.  They ran in the same friend groups and even went as each other’s dates to various formals.  While the crush was mutual, it took almost 3 years for Ben to finally tell Lauren how important she was to him (with the help of liquid courage since this event took place during a Spring Break trip to Panama City)!  The two are now married and it was a joy to be their Lakeway Resort Wedding Photographer!

Lauren’s sister and Maid of Honor wasn’t able to attend the wedding due to travel restrictions from Australia.  So, she gifted her sister a bracelet so that she could be with her all day in spirit.

First looks with bridesmaids are definitely the new must-have shot!  Just look at these glowing reactions her besties are having to seeing Lauren for the first time in her wedding dress!

After sharing a first look with her dad, it was time for Lauren and Ben to see each other.  The first look is a great opportunity to getting out some of those wedding day jitters and being able to truly and freely react to seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day.

Lauren and Ben are expecting a baby boy early this Fall!  She was about 6 months pregnant on her wedding day and it was so sweet to watch how they both would instinctively hold the baby bump throughout the day!

A gorgeous bride and mama-to-be! Lauren was all sorts of glowing on her wedding day!

Ben and Lauren hosted their Lakeway Resort and Spa wedding in the Vistas Ballroom that overlooks Lake Travis.

It isn’t an Aggie wedding until the Aggie War Hymm plays!

I love that Ben and Lauren both spent so much time on the dance floor together!  They were just so happy to be married!

They shared a private last dance together as their guests lined up for the sparkler exit.
