One of the hardest parts about taking bridal portraits is having to WAIT to share them!  Katherine’s Ma Maison bridal portraits in Dripping Springs, Texas were booked in September and taken in March.  That means I’ve been holding on to these for over 2 months!  Since Katherine and Phil were married on Saturday (stay tuned for their gorgeous wedding day coming soon), I can finally share her gorgeous bridal portraits!

One thing that stood out to me about Katherine’s Ma Maison Bridal Portraits session was that she brought her dad with her!  Most brides opt to bring their mom, and while her mom was there, it was her dad who stayed with us to help carry her dress, hold her flowers, and help block the light in some scenarios.  It was the cutest thing ever and it was so great to see how close this family is!

Wild Bunches was the wedding florist and did such a great job with her bouquet!  The pastel colors were perfect for their Spring wedding in Dripping Springs, Texas!

One of the great perks of having a bridal session is that we can use all the various backgrounds of the wedding venue!  By including a bridal session, Katherine had more time in her wedding dress without being rushed.  That means more portraits at more locations than we would have had time for on Saturday.
