It was Memorial weekend in New Orleans.  Bayou Country Superfest was a three day concert with some of the biggest names in Country Music.  Jane started talking with the guy in the row behind her and he asked her to dance.  After 3 days of being dance partners, they exchanged phone numbers.  A month later, Jane asked that same guy to go to a Garth Brooks concert.  His name was Micah.  He said yes and the two have been dance partners ever since!  It was a joy to be Jane & Micah’s Garey House wedding photographer in October.  Here are some of my favorites from their wedding day, where, of course, they had a live band to dance the night away together.

Jane and Micah shared a first look with each other.  It’s a great opportunity to get those wedding day jitters out and fully react to seeing each other on their wedding day.  Before Jane had even made it down the sidewalk to see him, Micah was crying.  It was so sweet!

Jane and Micah couldn’t imagine their wedding day without their fur babies.  Of course, their dogs, Lexi & Beau, were there to celebrate their parents becoming husband and wife!

With their meet cute at a concert and their first official date at a concert, it just wouldn’t be the same if there wasn’t live music at their Garey House wedding reception.  Matchmaker Band kept the party going for them!
