Kris and Aubrey love all things outdoors!  They even have a fun story about a donkey stealing the engagement ring, but that’s another story! They were supposed to have a floral-filled outdoor wedding ceremony surrounded by nature.  However, the weather had other plans for them.  The morning of their wedding had a forecast of 50% chance of rain or more from sun up to midnight.  Instead of letting it steal their joy, they moved their ceremony indoors on their rainy wedding day at Pecan Springs Ranch and brought the outdoors in!  Benevo Events seamlessly made the switch for an indoor ceremony and the day was still just as perfect with their plan B due to rain.  Their wedding still had all the Spring time florals and colors that you would hope for with an April wedding!

Without knowing the original plan, I would have never guessed this indoor ceremony at Pecan Springs Ranch wasn’t their first choice!  Visual Lyrics did a fabulous job of bringing the outdoors in with these gorgeous Spring florals!

Kris had the sweetest reaction to seeing Aubrey for the first time at their Pecan Springs Ranch wedding!

Those just married vibes are always my favorite to photograph!

The entire creative team was watching the weather all day.  Just before the ceremony started, the radar indicated that the rain should be finished for the day.  That meant that we could step outside for bride and groom portraits!  Kris and Aubrey were able to get their outdoor photos after all and I am so thankful for it!

This was the second moment that Kris’ breath was stolen by Aubrey!  They were so sweet!
