MacKenzie and Alex have known each other since high school.  She moved to Texas to attend Baylor University and it didn’t take long for Alex to meet her here in the Lone Star State.  The two now call Austin home and it’s where they got engaged.  On Monday, they met me at The Vineyard in Florence for their engagement photos!  Here is a peek at some of my favorites from their session.

These high school sweethearts laughed throughout their entire session!  Even the 50 degree weather didn’t stop them from having fun together!

MacKenzie and Alex almost didn’t change into their second outfit, but I’m so glad they did!  The sun FINALLY came out for the last part of their session!  They wanted to be a bit playful in showcasing their new home in Texas and I love how they fully embraced the look!  The hats, the denim, and cowboy boots are so cute in this herb garden setting.  It was the perfect way to end wrap up The Vineyard at Florence Engagement photos!

MacKenzie’s sweet mama helped her find these cowgirl boots!  They were perfect for her engagement photos in the herb garden at The Vineyard at Florence.  Next month, these will be the same boots she wears when she and Alex say “I do”!

MacKenzie is my spirit animal!!  She loves jumpers, large breed doggos, and is going to wear boots with her wedding dress!  They have the cutest Irish Wolfhound, who should be besties with my Great Dane!
