This past Saturday, I had the honor of participating in the GRAND OPENING of CW Hill Country Ranch, a new barn wedding venue in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The ranch wedding venue was inspired by the owner’s daughter’s wedding venue and was a working ranch with cattle, horses, sheep, and chicken for over 30 years!
Yard games are included to entertain wedding guests throughout the night.
Stepping inside the “Barn”, you’ll find a spacious event space that can hold 250 guests. Included in the rental of the barn are the chairs, tables, set-up/break-down, AND clean-up!
Step upstairs to find a beautifully furnished bridal suite! Each bridesmaid gets her own vintage stool, vanity mirror, and outlet! Hooks and matching hangers for dresses are already present which are great for photos (as opposed to the plastic ones most bridesmaids dresses come on).
The guys weren’t left out, either! Every groom and his guys have access to the groom’s quarters, which has two living areas with pool AND poker tables! A full kitchen, three bedrooms, and fireplace round out the neat space for guys!
This candy bar is a creative addition that Cru Vintage Rentals can bring in for your big day! I love that it’s not the normal clear jar candy bar. It has unique and vintage pieces that add fun and excitement to your wedding guests’ experience!
For the Grand Opening of CW Hill Country Ranch, various table-scapes were displayed by different vendors. These first two were set up by the owner of CW Ranch, Kristine! I love that she included antlers and feathers in the first table! All the texture really adds to photos!
The next two tables were set up by Laurie of Cru Vintage Rentals! I loved the color combinations she used! 
This next one with floral WOW ability was set up by none other than Ms. Pattie Beebe of The Elegant Bee. I love that Pattie includes so many different textures and colors to her floral designs. She puts together arrangements with love, creativity, and a natural aesthetic, as if it grew that way organically in nature. 
Outside, couples can say their “I Dos” and promise forever under the beautiful arbor, set under huge Oak Trees against a Texas Hill Country background.
Not pictured is the river at the bottom of the hill. Reached with a golf cart, it makes for some gorgeous photo ops! You can find proof of that in this engagement session, shot at CW Hill Country Ranch earlier this year.
The below whiskey barrel cake table is included in the barn rental! It’s such a unique table that doesn’t need much decorating! 
The sweets were provided by Creations Cakes! While I didn’t get to try all the goodies, the scent of these little treats was intoxicating! 
At the back of the barn is a HUGE window looking out at the cross.
This head table was put together by Cru Vintage Rentals AND The Elegant Bee, a power duo, if you ask me. 
Since the barn venue is also connected to a bed and breakfast in Boerne, TX, your guests are welcome to stay all weekend, if you choose! I would totally opt for that option and end the night around a campfire with s’mores, surrounded by closest friends and family! The newlyweds, of course, get to stay in the Honeymoon Cottage!
