Ben and Malorie met at an Ice Cream shop.  The two chose to go back to such a shop for their engagement session, which I think is a SUPER cute idea!  It did surprise me when they each only put ONE topping on their ice cream cones.  I figured they’d each have the most perfect recipe of ice cream mix-ins, but Malorie told me she had learned to appreciate the ice cream just as it was.  (I’ll still put 3 mix-ins in mine, so we can agree to disagree on this one!  HA!)  :D  

When Ben proposed to Malorie, they apparently had a lady photo-bomb their proposal pictures.  Well, it seemed fitting that we had children attempt to photo-bomb their engagement session, too!  They were especially interested when we were around these marble cows!  HA!  We waited the kids out, though, and were able to get photo-bomb-free engagement images!

Ben and Malorie love hiking, so that is where we headed for the second half of their engagement session.  

I ADORE Malorie’s sapphire engagement ring!  Ben searched long and hard to make sure he had just the perfect, truly vintage ring for his bride-to-be!

Ben and Malorie, THANK YOU for hanging out with me this past weekend!  I had so much fun with the two of you and cannot wait for your wedding this summer!  Hosting it at your family ranch will make it all that much more of a special place for y’all!  I’m also SO excited to finally see you dress and am still so impressed that you’re making it!  AGH!
