When I first met Parrish and Michael, they knew they wanted their engagement session to be at The Blanton Museum.  It’s closed on Mondays, so you can have the place to yourself for pictures.  That’s great because it means there are no photo-bombers in the background of your engagement photos!  We started just outside the museum, which has these beautiful columns and arches!  Here is a peek at their Blanton Museum engagement session.

Michael said this next shot was his favorite wall at the museum.  Parrish really wanted to incorporate the European section’s paintings, so that is where we started their Blanton Museum engagement session.  It definitely has some pretty pieces.

The burgundy in their outfits perfectly coordinated with the walls of these rooms, so, of course, we had to stop!  It was also the best place for light in this part of the gallery.  You can’t use flash in the gallery, so you know I was pretty excited to find this window and natural light!  My favorite place, however, was definitely the blue wall and columns on the first floor!

Parrish and Michael, thank you for meeting me on Monday for your Blanton Museum engagement session!  I’m so glad y’all introduced me to a new location in Austin!
