Sydney and Nick were next door neighbors in college.  As soon as Sydney met Nick, she said she was going to marry him.  She was right!  While they were visiting family over Christmas, Nick’s mom asked for photos of the two of them.  Nick used the opportunity to get down on one knee to ask Sydney to be his wife.  Of course, she said yes and the two are now engaged to be married!  They met me last Sunday for their engagement in Austin, Texas.  Here’s a peek at some of my favorites of their Bull Creek engagement photos.

I’m not sure how many times we had to reschedule their session due to poor weather.  The first weekend was supposed to be freezing and raining and no one wants to be outside in that.  This date, too, was looking like it might not work out with the weather.  However, when the weekend rolled in, so did beautiful SUNSHINE!  For that, I’m so thankful!  Thank you, Sydney and Nick, for being flexible with your dates and waiting for wonderful weather!  It was definitely worth the wait!
