If you’re searching for a Hidden River Ranch wedding photographer, love romantic floral design, or want inspiration for a Texas Hill Country wedding, Josh & Caitlin’s wedding is for you! Hidden River Ranch sits in Lampasas Texas, tucked away from the noise. It feels peaceful, private and luxurious in a Texas Hill Country way. The venue is huge with on-site lodging, indoor and outdoor ceremony options, and views that look unreal at sunset. Caitlin and Josh picked it because it felt secluded and personal. They wanted space for their people to relax, laugh, and stay the whole weekend.

The day started with the girls in matching pink pajamas and fuzzy slippers. I photographed flat lays of the bride’s perfume, invitations and heirloom pieces. Josh and Caitlin wore matching Jo Malone scents, which felt so intentional and romantic. Caitlin got dressed inside the chapel. I love this trick because it keeps the bridal suite for the bridesmaids while giving the bride stunning light and clean backgrounds to get dressed in.

Meanwhile Josh and his groomsmen played shuffleboard in the groom’s room before getting dressed. It was relaxed and fun, just how a wedding morning should feel.

This floral-forward celebration brought every shade of pink to life! Blush, rose, and light pink made the perfect dreamy palette. The Flowered Blue created the most enchanting floral designs, including a ceremony arch that took nearly three hours to build. During the ceremony, the skies opened with hail. Texas weather keeping us humble. No one could hold back tears during the groom’s vows.

Once the storm passed and the reception began, the sun peeked through for just a moment. We snuck outside for some quick sunset portraits!

The reception was stunning. Black and white checkered dance floor, pink florals, glowing candles and happy people everywhere. Caitlin changed into white tennis shoes with bride socks and honestly I loved her even more for it. DJ Miles with Texas Pro DJ kept the dance floor full all night. Guests waved glow sticks, sang every word and ended the night with a sparkler exit.
Thinking about hosting your wedding here? Here’s where Hidden River Ranch is located, just outside Lampasas in the Texas Hill Country. Remember, there is about a 7 minute drive from the gate to the venue, so give yourself some extra time.
High school sweethearts turned husband and wife after eight years together. Grant proposed in Paris, so their spring wedding included French farmhouse elegance, dusty blue details, and romantic florals everywhere. It was a joy to photograph a love story nearly a decade in the making. Just wait until you see her custom boots!

Cowboy hats, denim, and the sweetest love story. Abbi knew Justin was her person and reached out before they even had a wedding date or venue. Their day was full of laughter, lifelong friends, and that unmistakable Texas charm. If you love romance with boots and big hearts, this one is for you.
Yes! The venue offers cabins and lodging so up to 44 guests can stay the entire weekend.
Absolutely. This wedding is proof. With the right photographer and an indoor chapel, indoor portraits can still be bright, joyful, and dry.
The venue offers skeet shooting, quail hunting, fishing and deer hunting (whitetail, blackbuck, red stag, oryx, and fallow).
Hidden River Ranch’s indoor chapel and reception space can hold up to 300 guests.
