Tom and Taylor met online.  They chatted for three months before they met face to face. They dated long distance for a few years and are now officially married!  It was a joy to be their Garey House wedding photographer in Georgetown, Texas!  Here’s a peek at a few of my favorites from their wedding last Friday!

They held their ceremony at St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Georgetown.  Their love of Jesus was one of the many things that connected them and they wanted to make sure to start their marriage with GOD as the center.

Instead of having a large bridal party, Taylor and Tom asked both of their brothers to stand next to them on such an important day. Their niece and nephew stood in as ring bearer and flower girl. It was so sweet to honor their families in this way!

I love that Taylor was willing to have so much fun during portraits!  Her mom told me that Taylor would be happy to spin in her wedding dress all night and I told her I’d be happy to photograph it!  Joyful couples are the best kind!

One thing that I absolutely adored about this wedding is that it’s my second time to document a wedding day for this sweet family.  I had the joy and honor of photographing Kirsten and Evan’s (Taylor’s brother’s) wedding at Lone Oak Barn.  It’s such an honor when a family asks you to return to help preserve their memories and celebrate with their loved ones!

Congratulations, Taylor and Tom!  Thank you so much for inviting me to be your Garey House Wedding Photographer!  I had so much fun celebrating with y’all and your sweet families!  Thank you for putting up with all my “let’s spin the dress” requests!!
