Zach proposed to Ashley in Italy and the two are planning to get married in the fall of 2016.  We met up last week for their engagement session in Gruene, TX.  It is a cute town full of charm and history.  

Zach is a firefighter and Ashley really wanted to incorporate his gear into their session without making a trip to the fire station.  

Of course, we HAD to stop in front of Gruene Hall, one of Texas’ oldest dance halls!  

Don’t you just love Ashley’s dress?  I believe it’s from Altar’d State.  That store became one of my favorites the second I walked inside.  If you haven’t been, you should check it out!  Not only do they take customer’s prayer requests, they give back a portion of all their proceeds to charities AND fund their employee’s volunteer hours!  It really is awesome!  

Ashley and Zach, thank you so much for giving me an excuse to hang out in Gruene!  I had so much fun with you two and cannot wait for your wedding next fall!
