Welcome
I’ve had the joy and privilege of getting this beautiful bride in front of my camera 4 times! We first met at her Flat Creek Winery Proposal last July. It was then that I saw the beautiful heart she has. During the proposal, she was excited (of course), grateful, and joyful to the point of tears. I was absolutely thrilled when she and Chris asked me to be their Horseshoe Bay Resort Wedding Photographer, because I knew the day would showcase their hearts in the best of ways. Before their big day, though, we had a ton of fun capturing her Horseshoe Bay Resort bridal portraits.
Paige had an amazing glam squad with her during her Horseshoe Bay Resort bridal portraits. Her amazing cousins are fabulous hair and make-up gurus who own Grand Slam Glam, out of Dallas. They stayed throughout the session for touch-ups and three-minute hair style changes. It was AWESOME! I’m so glad they were with us this afternoon and it reaffirms in my mind how wonderful cousins really are!
Paige brought two veil options with her to her Horseshoe Bay Resort bridal portraits. When given the option, I will ALWAYS always always choose a long veil. There is just so much more you can do with a long veil, which short ones just don’t have the length to accomplish. Paige also brought headbands and flowers to add different looks into her bridals and I loved it! It added so much variety to her images!
For all my #EurekaBrides planning a bridal session, I want to point out some of the things that made Paige’s Horseshoe Bay Resort bridal portraits some of my favorites from this year. Her location gave her multiple different looks all within walking distance. This gave her variety in her images with background changes. She had a hair and make-up team on hand to change her look without taking up too much time. Each change took maybe three minutes. This also allowed Paige to see what style she wanted to keep for her wedding day. Having a hair and make-up team style you before your session is a great place to start, too. It adds confidence because you’re not having to worry about doing your hair and make-up by yourself. She brought various accessories (a veil, a headband, and flowers in her hair) to add to her bridal style. She brought a beautiful wedding bouquet, designed by her florist that would match her wedding flowers. Her cousins also served as confidence-boasting friends that could make her laugh and build her up. All of these really add up to make Paige’s Horseshoe Bay Resort bridal portraits stand out as a favorite!
