Jami and Andrew planned their Horseshoe Bay Resort wedding with their guests’ experience at the top of their wish list.  They planned to have a destination wedding feel without the cost of travel and they could do just that by hosting their wedding at Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Jami and Andrew got ready together on the morning of their wedding.  Instead of including a first look or waiting until the aisle to see each other, they wanted to spend their entire wedding day together.  Once they were both dressed, we headed outside for some portraits of just the two of them.  This was also planned out so that they could spend more time with their wedding guests after the ceremony (instead of taking all pictures afterwards).

Jami and Andrew prioritized guest experience in many ways.  They planned a morning wedding at Horseshoe Bay Resort so that guests weren’t out in the worst heat of the day.  Guests were greeted with glasses of champagne as they arrived to the ceremony.  Andrew made the sip and be seated champagne wall himself.  Parasols were available to guests to shade themselves from the sun.

Brunch Wedding Reception at Palm Pavilion of Horseshoe Bay Resort

Pastries, donuts, and tequila shots were all set out and ready for guests as soon as the ceremony ended.  Brunch was served shortly after and Jami and Andrew did not hold back on the options!  They served one of my favorite wedding meals ever and I know their guests felt the same way.

Coolest couple ever because they had a bounce house at their wedding reception?  Their guests would absolutely agree that this is a fun way to entertain kids and adults alike and was a huge hit!  After the party, guests were invited to join them at an after-party pool party to enjoy the rest of the day.  These two absolutely know how to throw a party and made the most of their wedding day at Horseshoe Bay Resort!
