Happy Valentine’s Day!!  This Manor Oaks Wedding editorial has a Valentine’s Day color palette, so today is the perfect day to share it with you!  It isn’t a traditional editorial, though, as it’s tied to an open house at the venue.

Open Houses are a great way for brides and grooms who are planning their weddings to get inspiration for their big day.  Often times, they’re touring the venue as a possible location for their big day.  If they’ve already booked that venue, they might be showing it off to members of their family or wedding party.  It’s also a chance to meet vendors to hire for their wedding day.

When Manor Oaks hosted their open house, they asked me to be a part of it.  I’m so thankful for the opportunity and love getting to tour new to me venues!  More than that, I get the chance to hang out with some of my friendors (friends who are also wedding vendors).  At this one, we decided to go ahead and make it into a Valentine’s Day editorial shoot, as well.  Often times, vendors set up displays to showcase their talent.  If you go through all that effort, you might as well bring in a model and take pictures for your portfolio, right?  That’s just what we did and I’m so happy to share the handiwork and talent of all the amazing vendors from that day.  Here’s our take on a Valentine’s Day Wedding at Manor Oaks.
