Modern Wedding at Lone Oak Barn: Ryan & Amber

Amber and Ryan really wanted their Lone Oak Barn wedding to be a laid-back day.  Their main priority was to spend quality time with their family and closest friends.  If they got to celebrate with their favorite people and were husband and wife at the end of the day, then it would have gone perfectly.  That’s exactly what happened.

Knowing that their main priority was to spend time with their loved ones, Ryan and Amber opted to include a first look on their wedding day.  One of the main perks of including a first look is that we can take all wedding party photos and some romantic portraits before the ceremony.  This means everyone can get to the party even faster, as they’re not waiting an extra half hour or more for pictures.  It also meant that Amber and Ryan could be fully present in this moment of seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day because there were no spectators.  They can spend as long as they want in this moment since no one is waiting on dinner to start.  It’s such a peaceful part of the day and I love when couples include them.

Family is so important to Ryan and Amber that their entire wedding party was made up of family members.

Does anyone else think that Amber looks like Galadriel in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power?

Blue Events & Co could not have timed their wedding events any better.  This storm cloud rolled in just as cocktail hour was wrapping up.
