Normally, at a photo shoot, I talk through the whole thing.  Give people an act to do to get them into a pose ( I am the worst at explaining poses, so instead I give actions that allow people to more freely take the shape of the pose I was wanting).  Last week, I was quiet for the first time because, for the first time, I had the pleasure of photographing another Photographer.  She knew exactly what she was doing and all the cutesy poses, so I didn’t have to instruct at all.  We just hung out and I happened to be taking pictures (which is how I hope everyone walks away from a photo shoot: thinking they just hung out with a friend who happens to have a camera in her hand).  You can visit her photography website here.  Some of my favorite shots from this Round Rock Mommy and Me Photography session:
