Kensley and Caleb are celebrating their first year of marriage today!  This wedding was so special to me because it was my third wedding to photograph for the Martin family!  I had the joy and honor of photographing Katelynn & Joseph’s wedding back in 2016 and then Kristen & Shane’s wedding in 2018, so it’s been fun watching this family grow for the last 6 years.  When it was Kensley and Caleb’s wedding day last year, the other two sisters had each welcomed their first baby.  Now, it’s Kensley and Caleb’s turn!  They’re expecting their first baby any day now!  In honor of their first anniversary as a married couple, here’s a peek at some of my favorites as their Rockwall Manor wedding photographer last year.

This family is so close!  After a first look with her dad, Kensley invited her sisters in so they could have a moment together as a family.  At all three weddings I’ve photographed for this family, their dad said a prayer of blessing over the new marriage and family being formed that day.  Prayer is the best start for every marriage.

Kensley and Caleb opted for a first look.  It’s a great chance to get those wedding day jitters out and fully react to seeing each other for the first time on your wedding day without an audience.  Kensley showed off her dress and then they exchanged gifts with one another.

All three Martin sisters!!  I’m still so honored that I was able to photograph all three of their weddings!

You know I couldn’t skip a chance to share the other two additions to the Martin family!

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony at The Springs in Rockwall, TX

Kensley and Caleb want to keep Christ at the center of their marriage.  They included praise and worship in the middle of their Rockwall Manor wedding ceremony. They also shared communion as their first act as a married couple and had their parents pray over them as part of the ceremony.

  I love that Kensley and Caleb have a group photo of everyone that made it to their wedding!  These are all the people they love most in the world in one photo!
