Jess and Beau love spending time in the Texas Hill Country. When they found The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages in Fredericksburg, Texas, they knew they had found the perfect venue to celebrate. It was a great destination for all their friends and family to join them in a weekend of festivities with all the ranch-y vibes that they love.  Here are some of my favorites as The Lodge Fredericksburg Wedding Photographer.

After Jess’ dad had the opportunity to be the first one to see the bride, it was time for the big reveal with her bridesmaids!

The only request Jess had for photos was to include the elk in her pictures.  The day before the wedding, at the rehearsal dinner, she told me that the elk would likely be pinned up and that we may not be able to photograph them.  The owner of the venue went above and beyond for them and even moved the elk to just behind the ceremony site just minutes before guests arrived.  Jess was so excited when she realized the animals would be able to be a part of her day (I have a photo of her actually jumping for joy in the moment)!  They did steal some of the greenery from the florists, but they were easily forgiven.

They’re married!!

While guests enjoyed cocktail hour, we snuck away for a few quick portraits that would really showcase the Texas Hill Country Views and Ranch-y Vibes (Jess’s words) that made these two fall in love with The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages in Fredericksburg.

Jess’ sister was so sweet and helpful the entire day!  She was a very supportive Maid of Honor!

I’m not crying – you’re crying!  This was such a sweet daddy-daughter dance!

Dry Water Band kept the party GOING!  There are almost four HUNDRED pictures in Jess and Beau’s dancing gallery alone.  There is no way I could share all the greatness in this blog post, so here’s a very quick peek.
