Ten years in the making, Mikala and Clint are officially husband and wife! They met in school in California and have made Texas their home.  Mikala and Clint invited their friends and family to their new state for their wedding celebration.  It was my joy to photograph their wedding in Round Rock, Texas.

Mikala’s grandmother gave Clint these puppy cufflinks for him to wear on their wedding day in Round Rock.

Mikala and Clint opted for a first look.  It’s a great opportunity to get some of those wedding day jitters out and fully react to seeing one another on their wedding day without spectators.  Added bonus: they get a ton of gorgeous portraits!

Their ceremony was held in the south hall of Lone Oak Barn.

The spinning photos are some of my favorites of Mikala’s wedding dress!  We actually bustled her dress early specifically so we could get some great twirl action!

This next photo was a favorite from their engagement photos, so we had to recreate it on their wedding day! I love that it shows a peek at Mikala’s sparkly shoes!  She wore Kate Spade Keds that were so sparkly and fun!

Along with their wedding cake, guests were able to take home their very own Crumbl Cookie!

Guests were assigned tables with a name-tagged Top Chico bottle, which went perfectly with their neutral color palette.

Mikala’s dress was absolutely made for twirling!  This dress was perfect for her!  I love this next image of just their feet in front of their last name marquee because her dress had all these fun layers!
