Austin’s downtown couples know there’s something special about the Texas State Capitol Building. It’s a landmark of elegance and history, making it a fantastic engagement session location. Laura and Justin, a couple who loves classic architecture, chose this iconic setting to capture their love in a way that’s distinctly Austin. We timed the shoot perfectly, arriving just before sunset, so that the Capitol’s limestone took on a soft glow under the warm, fading light. Not only did this highlight the building’s grand details, but it also created a dreamy backdrop for Laura and Justin.  Here are some of my favorite images from their Texas State Capitol Engagement Photos in Austin.
